Central Park Map

This is the map of the most interesting and crowded part of Central Park. The most visited place you can locate is in the upper-left corner. It is called Strawberry Fields-the memorial mosaic of John Lennon. Not far away is the place where he used to live and where he got shot.

In the lower part of the Central park map the green area borders 59th street. This is an area with the biggest concentration of luxury Central park hotels and restaurants. Central Park South is famous for the celebrity penthouses and crowds of paparazzi. At the lower left corner you can see Columbus Circle - intersection of 59str, Central park west (8th ave) and Broadway. Across the street is the CNN building and studios. They are located in the Time Warner building.
